The upbeat staff ensure a well-stocked, quick breakfast. A great combination of gym facilities and a cinema in-house.

24-Hour reception was great for our late arrival. Room smelled like pets.

The location of the hotel is pretty good, made it easy to walk to restaurants nearby. Parking was easy to find, a plus. Breakfast had a great variety and was really tasty. Liked that there was a restaurant in the hotel, it made dining super convenient.

but the room could've been cleaner and the noise from neighbors was annoying.

The location was perfect, close to the city center and within walking distance of the train station. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room amenities were top-notch. We loved the ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities in our room. The sitting area was comfortable and the rollaway beds were a great option for our family. We also enjoyed the garden furniture outside the hotel. The television had HBO available, which was a nice treat. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options.

That the staff could have been more service-minded.

The hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. the rooms were clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a good-sized bathroom. the location of the hotel was great, just a few blocks from the main shopping street and there was also a park nearby, perfect for walking around. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of food and drinks.

Although the hotel was nice overall, the lack of proper heating made it uncomfortable during the cold winter nights, even with the extra blankets provided. the noise from the street outside was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep.
